This double-sided griddle from Lodge is reversible and has everything to satisfy all your grill requirements. The griddle has two sides, a smooth side and a grill side. For example, you can grill meat or vegetables on one side that gives you a nice grill pattern while you can toast bread or bake an egg on the other side. This griddle is made of cast iron and will therefore distribute heat optimally and retain this heat for a long time. The griddle can be used on any heat source and in the oven, although the use of two adjacent pits can cause problems with some induction cookers.
