The temperature of the oven can be regulated with the knob on the side where the temperature is also displayed digitally. The oven is completely heated up in 25 minutes and then bakes your pizzas to perfection in two minutes. The oven has a wide opening of 36.5 x 8 cm and comes with a ceramic pizza stone of 34 x 34 cm and a door to close the pizza oven.
