This four-piece set of robust steak knives was designed by Henk Schiffmacher. Henk Schiffmacher wants to bring back the Corsican tradition with his knives, for example that every farm boy is given a shepherd's knife on his 10th birthday, considered a paternal heritage, to mark his transition to adulthood. These knives have a unique design inspired by the Polynesian tattoo art, with each knife featuring a recurring shark teeth pattern, the Niho Mano. This contains a nice symbolism, because just like the shark teeth, these knives cut right through the meat. The handle is made of burr walnut wood, which provides an authentic look to enhance the design. It is recommended to wash the blades by hand. The knives are delivered in a luxury gift box.
