The salt mill contains an adjustable precision grinding mechanism of diamond-ground ceramic, so you can adjust the perfect size of the grains for each dish. The salt mill is already pre-filled with coarse sea salt from Belgium. When this is finished, the grinder can easily be refilled by unscrewing the reservoir.
