The grinders are easy to use, just turn the black belt to grind. The pepper and salt mills have different grinding settings: five for pepper and three for salt. The grinding mechanism is made of diamond cut ceramic and grinds with great precision. The mills are pre-filled with black peppercorns from Vietnam and coarse sea salt from Belgium. When they are empty, they are easy to refill.
