This pan comes with a glass lid and on the sides you will find two handles. In addition to cooking on the stove, this pan is also made to be used in the oven (up to 260 degrees) and dishwasher. Ideal, right? The pan has a non-stick coating and an aluminium base layer. Even if the pan is scratched by stirring a little too enthusiastically in the pan, this has no consequences for food safety.
