This cutting board is designed by the Orthex brand. The cutting board is made of a biobased plastic. The plastic consists of a combination of sugar cane with wood fibers from Scandinavian spruce. Due to the use of these materials and the way of processing, the ecological footprint is up to 60% lower than with a plastic cutting board. The cutting board is 25 x 15 centimeters and has a hole to hang it. It is recommended to wash the cutting board by hand after use. The cutting board is not suitable for placing hot pans.
