This pass-through sieve is designed by the Orthex brand. The sieve is easy to use and is suitable for making flour lump-free and for decorating desserts. The mesh of the pass-through sieve is made of stainless steel and the handle of a biobased plastic. The handle consists of a combination of sugar cane with wood fibers from Scandinavian spruce. Due to the use of these materials and the way of processing, the ecological footprint is up to 60% lower than with a handle with plastic. The sieve has a length of 30 centimeters and is provided with a hole for hanging. After use, the strainer can be placed in the dishwasher.
